We are proud to announce that the Casey RACE Running Club is commencing on Wednesday the 16th of November from 6:15PM to 7:15PM.
Whether you're looking to increase your cardio fitness, set yourself a new goal, tighten and tone, hit a new Running PB, join a likeminded community or simply create a healthier lifestyle; this run club is for you.
The sessions will vary from structured interval training, continuous socials runs, running technique seminars & fartlek sessions to advance your running ability.
All running exercises are based on time not distance, which means if you’re just getting started or a seasoned runner, we can tailor the sessions to your ability.
The Running Club sessions will be coached by 13 x Marathon Finisher and Ironman Triathlete, Jake Alway.
Time: 6:15PM to 7:15PM
Commencing: Wednesday 16th of November
Location: Front Entrance of Casey RACE
What to bring: Bring Drink Bottle, Running Attire & Mobile Phone.
Participation: The Running Club is exclusive to members only and bookings are essential at the Casey RACE reception prior to the class starting.
