Casey RACE, in partnership with the Life! program, are hosting a FREE prevention session.
Time: Tuesday 9th October 7pm
Location: Casey RACE Multipurpose room
All attendees will have the opportunity to complete a simple health check questionnaire to determine their risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Eligible high-risk individuals will have the chance to participate in the FREE Life! program.
No bookings required.
