Each year during the month of October, the City of Casey encourages older residents over the age of 55 years to celebrate the annual Ageing Positively Festival by participating in a variety of community activities and events.
As part of the Aging Positively Festival , learn CPR in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere for free.
Watch a DVD with an emergency scenario and then practise CPR on a pillow.
You do not receive a certificate but you will leave, knowing what to do if anything happened to a loved one or friend.
You will need to bring a pillow. Morning tea will be provided.
