Myndful Practices is a 4 week program designed for participants to learn about Mindfulness & Meditation while participating in engaging activities. This program provides life-skills that can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and increase overall general wellbeing. Get ready to be inspired in making mindfulness an everyday activity.
