Join us for a real work out. With two sessions per week, you will be put through your paces towards strength and conditioning.
Join Rachel on Monday and Friday at 6am, James on Tuesday and Thursday at 9.30am or Wednesday and Friday at 5.30pm, or Arnon on Thursday at 6.30pm and Sunday 8am.
Total cost for 12 sessions is $85.30 for members. For non -members, please enquire.
