Each year during the month of October, the City of Casey encourages older residents over the age of 55 years to celebrate the annual Ageing Positively Festival by participating in a variety of community activities and events.
Join us for free Arthritis exercise in a relaxed, friendly, slow paced hydro (warm) pool class. Make sure you bring your bathers and towel.
